The project is an EPC Project for the construction of a new LNG receiving terminal, owned by PTTLNG at Baan Nong Fab, located in Rayong province of Thailand. The marine structures consist of 5 km long approach jetty trestle and roadway from the jetty head to the receiving terminal, platforms for unloading arms and control room, breasting and mooring dolphins, seawater intake and outfall structures (onshore and offshore), and retaining wall. NCE is responsible for tender design and BOQ preparation for bidding. During the detailed design phase NCE served as design team leader, designer for all offshore structures, and design coordinator and provider of construction engineering service for the contractor.
