MRTA Green Line North

The Green Line North is an extension of the original Bangkok Mass Transits System (BTS), starting from existing Mo Chit Station to Khu Khot Station in northern part of Bangkok. The total length of project is about 19 km, comprising of 2 sections;
Mo Chit to Saphan Mai : 11.4 km, 12 stations (N9–N20)
Saphan Mai to Khu Khot : 7.5 km, four stations (N21-N24)
NCE was responsible for the value engineering design for part of elevated viaduct structure of 3 continuous-spans with typical span length of 35 m, the portal frame structure over special area, and the long span bridges for railway and highway (100 m of main span), constructed by balanced cantilever method.
In addition, the scope also included value engineering for all typical Stations by using precast crossbeam for concourse and platform levels.
